2. Application of these Terms
2.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the supply of goods ordered through the FSB trade store.
2.2 The FSB online store is a restricted trade platform intended exclusively for members of the Federation of Small Businesses in the United Kingdom.
2.3 By creating an account, accessing the store, or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
2.4 These Terms apply instead of any terms you may seek to impose.
4. Trade-only platform
4.1 This store is a business-to-business (B2B) platform.
4.2 By using the store you confirm you are acting as a business.
4.3 Consumer legislation (including consumer cancellation rights) does not apply.
5. Products
5.1 We supply printed products.
5.2 Products may be created by uploading your own artwork or images

6.1 You may upload images, photographs and artwork to the platform.
6.2 By uploading content you confirm that:

7. Orders
7.1 Orders can only be placed by logged-in users with an active account.
7.2 When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase goods.
7.3 The contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm production.
7.4 Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
7.5 Reward Points may be earned when you make an order which may be applied against future orders.
8. Pricing and VAT
8.1 All prices shown on the platform are trade prices.
8.2 Prices may change at any time.
8.3 Unless otherwise stated prices are exclusive of VAT.
8.4 VAT treatment will be applied at checkout in accordance with current UK law.
9. Payment
9.1 Payment is taken at the time of order. At checkout you may also be able to use any Reward points you may have. The Reward Points FAQs can be found here: Reward Points
9.2 Payments are processed via Stripe.
9.3 We do not currently offer invoice accounts or credit facilities.
9.4 Orders will not proceed to production until payment has been successfully authorised.
10. Delivery
10.1 Delivery is made using DPD UK.
10.2 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
10.3 We are only liable for the products to the point of despatch and are not liable for delays caused by courier issues of any description, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
11. Artwork approval and print quality
11.1 You are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before submitting an order.
11.2 We are not responsible for errors including:

When placing an order that includes personal details — such as names — we process that data solely to fulfil your print order, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Data Processing Agreement.
